WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Product Owner, you play a central role in developing and integrating an innovative payment platform for the seamless connection of customer-facing applications such as web shops, customer portals, and truck-based use cases like depot/public charging services and their payment. You will shape the future of payment and contribute significantly to optimizing the customer experience.

  • Conceptualization and further development of the payment platform: You define the product strategy, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities for the further development of our payment platform. As the Product Owner, you are responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog
  • Integration with customer-facing applications: As a PO, you work closely with our internal team from Quality Assurance, DevOps, and one or more external teams consisting of developers, testers, UI/UX, and requirements engineers to integrate the payment platform into web shops, customer portals, and truck-based use cases. We work in an agile work model, following the Scrum framework
  • Creation of use cases: You collaborate with the business unit to develop innovative use cases for the payment platform that meet the needs of customers and the company
  • Interface management: You are responsible for managing interfaces with external and internal systems and partners
  • Collaboration with various international teams: You will work in an international environment, closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other departments

THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH

  • A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in leading cross-functional IT projects and managing IT suppliers
  • Practical experience in software development projects in a flexible environment (SCRUM), especially as a Product Owner
  • German and English proficiency
  • Communication talent and team player
  • Assertiveness
