You will be part of our product and business development team for hydrogen and climate-friendly ammonia, supporting the energy transition and the transformation of our company towards climate-friendly solutions. You will develop products for our customers and act as an interface between sales managers and the procurement of green raw materials.

  • Developing innovative sales strategies for green ammonia together with the team
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the ammonia and hydrogen market, including potential customers and strategic partners
  • Coordinating and actively participating in the creation of ammonia business contracts and letters of intent
  • Supporting the development of necessary product features based on market feedback, together with the team
  • Challenging and optimising business cases for ammonia with input from various teams (technical, market, legal, approval, regulatory, etc.)
  • Advising potential customers and obtaining feedback on our solutions
  • Conducting internal and external workshops and presentations on our products

  • Degree in business administration, economics, engineering or industrial engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in the development of innovative products, sales strategies and/or business development
  • Experience in the conceptual design of new business ideas with knowledge of negotiating and drafting customer contracts
  • Strong communication skills to operate effectively both internally and with customers at all levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to combine different customer requirements and market developments into new, value-adding business opportunities
  • Advantageous, but not a must: strong technical background and extensive network in one or more of the following industries: Ammonia, chemicals, fertiliser production, mobility (road, shipping, aviation) or strong sales experience (e.g. natural gas, technical sales)
  • Fluent in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
