- Participation in the development, planning and implementation of offshore wind projects (national and international)
- Technical work package manager wind turbine from contract negotiations until execution of the wind turbine supply contract up to the handover to the operating party
- Scheduling, budget control and interdisciplinary coordination of the team
- Manage the schedule for the work package in accordance with the overall project schedule
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations (HSE) will be considered in all phases of the project
- Implementation of technical due diligence processes offshore wind
- Participation in the identification and management of technical risks (internal and external), issues and impacts of the project
- Preparation of technical documentation (specifications, processes, concepts)
- Ensuring compliance with approval and certification requirements (national and international)
- Assistance in ensuring the contractual conformity of technical documentation
- Accompanying the execution work (installations and commissioning offshore) and the implementation of acceptances, if necessary
- Participation in industry-specific working groups (e.g., WAB) and research projects
- You have a degree in electrical engineering, wind energy technology, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable training
- You have at least 3 years of experience, preferably already in a responsible project management position in the areas of infrastructure or energy projects, and ideally experience with supply contracts for offshore wind turbines
- You possess a profound technical knowledge of large electrical/mechanical systems
- You have a team-player mentality and have strong (intercultural) communication and organizational skills
- A confident, always polite and professionally competent demeanor is a matter for you
- You are familiar with the state of the art and have knowledge of the market
- You are characterized by a reliable, structured way of working and process-oriented thinking
- You are willing to travel (domestically/abroad) and to work offshore (if required)
- You have very good knowledge of the common Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken) complete your profile
- A valid car driving license (B or class 3) is available
