We invite you to become part of our team as a Technical Assistant Food Ingredients Lab (m/f/d), actively contributing to the expansion of this area at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA. The position is initially limited to 1.5 years (with the option to extend) as part of a parental leave replacement and full-time at our headquarters in Einbeck, Lower Saxony.
Here are the tasks awaiting you:
- Preparation and processing of samples for various food technology analyses.
- Isolation of plant proteins.
- Evaluation of the sensory properties of plant proteins in food products (independently following instructions).
- Planning and documentation of experiments (LIMS and ELN).
- Preparation of experimental results.
With this profile, you are a good fit for the position:
- Completed vocational training in the field of food technology, biotechnology, or an equivalent qualification.
- Ideally, you have initial practical experience in food technology and/or working with proteins.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications and in the documentation of laboratory results.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Reliable, conscientious, and independent work ethic.
- Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German desirable
