The Chairman's Office Europe and North Africa (COE) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centres, and representative offices across Europe and North Africa with corporate functions and services.   • Specialize in employment law, including works council meetings, bargaining agreements, labor regulations, and social security systems.
  • Lead and participate in employment law projects, providing strategic counsel.
  • Guide labor relations for business units, especially during restructuring projects.
  • Assist in HR projects, including organizational restructuring, system transformation, and greenfield projects.
  • Engage in negotiations with works councils, unions, and business meetings.
  • Draft and implement employment policies in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Ensure compliance and follow-up of processes, projects, and policies.
  • Identify and implement standardization and best practices across group companies.
  • Support M&A transactions, from planning to execution, including due diligence.
  • Manage global mobility cases and expatriate management.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources Management, or related fields with a focus on labor law.
  • Over 5 years of experience in multinational environments as a Labor/Industrial Relations Specialist, HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and social security regulations in Europe.
  • Ability to convert organizational needs into strategic solutions.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders.
  • Flexible, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable in a changing environment, resilient, and service oriented.
  • Experience in data analysis and report preparation.
  • Skilled in managing global projects.
  • Proficiency in English and German; other european languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
