Our Operations & IT team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
- Provide support in analyzing, harmonizing, and optimizing processes
- Create and build automation solutions using the Microsoft platform
- Support the documentation and maintenance of use cases in our area
- Help drive our Operational Excellence and Digital Strategy across Commercial Operations
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Support Digital Transformation by applying MS Power Suite to support reconciliation processes, approval processes and visualizations
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service and effective teamwork
- Ability to understand and convey business processes and concepts
- Analytical mindset with a focus on interpreting data and figures
- Strong sense of team spirit and reliability
- Fluent in English, fluent in German is advantageous
