As Staff Software Engineer React (m/f/d), you will ensure compliance with UI/UX guidelines, optimize performance, and mentor developers to elevate their skills.

Your tasks
- Defining standards and best practices for front-end development with React and implementing them across the organization.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with UI/UX guidelines, performance optimization and other relevant standards.
- Performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other frontend developers in the team.
- Training and mentoring junior and mid-level developers to deepen their understanding of React and improve their skills.
- Actively participate in solving complex technical frontend challenges through coding and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business goals.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in front-end development with React, ideally in an enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of React specifications and experience in developing and optimizing engaging user interfaces.
- Proven experience in defining UI/UX standards, performance optimization and best practices for React.
- Excellent skills in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Experience in training and mentoring front-end developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges in the front-end space.
- Team player and good communication skills to work effectively with other teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, including in an agile environment.
