Your tasks
- Definition of standards and best practices for the Go programming language and their dissemination throughout the company.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with security guidelines, coding best practices and other relevant standards.
- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other developers in the team.
- Training and mentoring junior and mid-level developers to deepen their understanding of Go and improve their skills.
- Actively participate in solving complex technical challenges through programming and technical advice.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business objectives.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on Go.
- Deep understanding of Go language specifications and experience in developing and maintaining complex backend systems.
- Proven experience in defining coding standards, security guidelines and best practices for Go.
- Excellent skills in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Experience in training and mentoring developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Team player and good communication skills to work effectively with other teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, including in an agile environment.
