Your tasks

  • Definition of standards and best practices for the Go programming language and their dissemination throughout the company.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with security guidelines, coding best practices and other relevant standards.
  • Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other developers in the team.
  • Training and mentoring junior and mid-level developers to deepen their understanding of Go and improve their skills.
  • Actively participate in solving complex technical challenges through programming and technical advice.
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business objectives.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on Go.
  • Deep understanding of Go language specifications and experience in developing and maintaining complex backend systems.
  • Proven experience in defining coding standards, security guidelines and best practices for Go.
  • Excellent skills in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Experience in training and mentoring developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Team player and good communication skills to work effectively with other teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, including in an agile environment.
