After conquering Denmark, we are now expanding to Germany and are looking for you as Store Manager (m/w/d) for our store in Stuttgart to start as soon as possible.
As a Store Manager (m/w/d), you will work in a modern and innovative store in the best location in Stuttgart and receive comprehensive sales and service training related to our products. You will be part of a dedicated team where fun is not neglected, the Danish 'Hygge' culture is lived, and there is room for your personal development.

When: As soon as possible
- Build and lead the sales team for the store
- Responsibility for the sales team, including leadership, development, and motivation of the team
- Responsibility for the entire sales operation in the store, including staff scheduling, inventory and merchandise management, and inventory control
- Coordination and execution of store events in consultation with Retail Operations, as well as providing monthly reports
- Actively assist and advise our guests in the store to create a unique shopping experience and be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring first-class service from the moment they walk through the door
You are the first face of SHAPING NEW TOMORROW that our guests see. Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated, open, and smiling Shaper who not only wants to sell our products but also wants to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. You are committed and bring your team and store forward with your ideas:
- You have proven experience as a leader in retail and have successfully managed a store
- Organizational talent and a strong service orientation characterize you
- You enjoy structure, planning, and budgets; prioritizing is no problem for you, and you always keep your goals in sight
- You remain calm under pressure and work solution-oriented when challenges arise
- You have strong communication skills, and your can-do attitude and positive energy shine through to the team and our guests
- You are willing to relocate to Germany (if you do not already live there)
- You are fluent in English - it is a big plus if you speak German
- Subsidy for public transportation tickets
- Free coffee, tea, soft drinks, and fruit
- You will alternate Saturdays with the Assistant Store Manager
