  • Responsibility for the conception and coordination of strategic customer plans with the relevant markets in order to achieve profitable growth in the categories
  • Identify business opportunities, steer business development & budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives
  • Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
  • Implement new customer acquisition plans for chain and prestige accounts
  • Define account-specific pricing, negotiate contracts, ensure fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
  • Steer and support internal resources to execute account strategy by close cooperation with the other functional areas (CatMan, Trade Marketing, Brand Management etc.)
  • Analyze financial KPIs to deliver account targets KP/TP OSG and GP
  • Be responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration
  • Experience in Sales for 3 years, in best case in key account management or in related departments such as category management, trade marketing
  • High customer focus with strength in communication, negotiation, networking, social selling
  • Identifying key player roles & driving joint business planning
  • Excellent analytical skills, coupled with a high level of goal and result orientation
  • Proactive way of working with strong team skills
  • High degree of mobility and flexibility
  • Fluent language skills in German and English as well as confident use of MS Office / SAP
