At our site in Stockach, “the gateway to Lake Constance”, we are looking for you as an:
Program Manager (m/f/d) | Demining Systems
- Responsible for managing assigned projects from contract signature until completion
- Lead international teams and communicate with all stakeholders throughout the project phases
- Establish regular project reporting and controlling with actual/target state
- Conduct frequent project visits to understand processes, requirements, clients, and cultures
- Manage the project schedule to achieve internal and external milestones, deliverables and deadlines
- Foster a good coordination and cooperation culture between all project members
- Support the sales team during the bid and contract management process
- Degree in business administration, technology or another relevant field
- Several years of relevant work experience managing international projects
- Self-starter with strong communication skills, customer focus and great teamwork mentality
- Solid understanding of MS Office and additional project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Tech-savvy and eager to work with an international team
- Fluent language skills in both English and German
