What will you do?
In your role as Junior Customer & Revenue Analyst, you will have the incredible opportunity to work in a diverse international setting and unleash the commercial value of our existing portfolio of renewable assets. As a professional, your main responsibilities will revolve around managing processes and their fulfilment in relation to our power purchase agreement product suite. This role will allow you to actively engage with a broad stakeholder community, both internally and externally, empowering you to enhance your knowledge and expertise in the dynamic world of renewable energy markets.

Responsibilities

Within Vattenfall as Junior Customer & Revenue Analyst, you have the following key responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible to set up and quality assure our sales systems along CRM, Settlement, Data storage and reporting
  • You will digitize our contracts and unlock our data to analyse potential improvements
  • You take responsibility for fulfillment of services to all customers and relevant market players (including grid operator)
  • You communicate with a focus on enabling excellent cooperation in Vattenfall and beyond
  • You support exchange of large sets of data in between market players
  • You support improvement of operational processes for our deals
  • You will support in the analysis of regulations relevant to commercial products and terms, as well as revenue strategies, marketing models and asset performance monitoring

We are looking for a candidate with the following knowledge and background:

  • Basic understanding of the renewable energy market
  • University degree in relevant discipline, such as business administration
  • Solid attention to detail and affinity for analytic work including knowledge of PowerBI
  • Process-minded and first experience with documentation tools such as MS Visio
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and solution orientation
  • Fluency in English and German (B2 or higher), written and verbal
  • Last, but certainly not least, you are committed and passionate about making the zero carbon future happen
