We want you as our Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) for our subsidiary MAG & More in Munich.

Who we need at neurocare:

We are seeking an exceptional mechanical engineer to complement our hardware development team, and to design cutting-edge medical device technology. You will be involved in the entire product development cycle from concept to completion, creating products that have direct impact on people's health and quality of life.


Hardware development:

  • Design, develop and evaluate mechanical and electromechanical products and systems.
  • Apply principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, and material science.
  • Test product capabilities and specifications.
  • Confirm fabrication and installation processes.

Product design:

  • Translates requirements by stakeholders into design specifications.
  • Assure system and product quality by designing feasibility and testing methods.
  • Design for volume production while considering quality, cost, maintainability and scalability.

Risk management:

  • Identify potential risks and technical challenges early in the development process.
  • Proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.

Team and talent development:

  • Empower our team by constructive involvement across several development projects.
  • Contribute to our positive product and company reputation by open interaction, training, opportunities for skill enhancement, and regulatory compliance.

  • Masters's degree (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering.
  • Practical experience of at least 4 years in mechanical engineering.
  • Superior skills in prototype building, with solid experience in CAD.
  • Favorably experience in MatLab and CAM.
  • Fluent in English and basic German language skills.
