  • Act as the single point of contact for managing two or more regional ISPs regarding order handling
  • Oversee the order-to-activation process
  • Define, manage and improve processes, procedures and workflows
  • Control and manage stakeholders responsible for provisioning and managing technical customer orders
  • Monitor performance and enhance KPIs and SLAs
  • Ensure compliance with S/PRI organizational standards
  • Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation plans

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in the fiber optic industry
  • Knowledge Supply Chain and process management, Lean Management would be a ideal
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (PowerBI) would be benefitial
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and a proactive can-do approach
  • Continuous improvement and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German and Spanish are a plus
