- Act as the single point of contact for managing two or more regional ISPs regarding order handling
- Oversee the order-to-activation process
- Define, manage and improve processes, procedures and workflows
- Control and manage stakeholders responsible for provisioning and managing technical customer orders
- Monitor performance and enhance KPIs and SLAs
- Ensure compliance with S/PRI organizational standards
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation plans
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in the fiber optic industry
- Knowledge Supply Chain and process management, Lean Management would be a ideal
- Proficient in data visualization tools (PowerBI) would be benefitial
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and a proactive can-do approach
- Continuous improvement and data-driven mindset
- Excellent written and spoken English; German and Spanish are a plus
