Your role:

As a science and technology company with a strong position in key markets globally - We are continuously evolving through transformations and M&A. The Group sets ambitious value generating targets for its M&A deals and transformations.

As Senior Project Manager Transformation & Integration, reporting into Group Controlling, you are responsible for supporting the financials of transformation and carve-outs throughout all its phases: You are at the center of global transformations, lead the financial integration and carve-out workstreams, perform acquisition tracking and synergy management. As part of your role you also lead global restructuring programs, perform strategic assessments and are responsible for exceptional accounting. Thereby you align e.g. with M&A, business development, finance departments, IT and HR.

Who you are:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Science, or Technology

  • 5-10 years of work experience in the transactions, carve-out and/or post-merger integration environment with a background in Corporate Finance, Business Controlling, Strategy Consulting, or Deal Advisory

  • 3+ years of operational experience in transactions, post-merger integrations, carve-outs, due diligences; expertise in business cases, corporate finance, and valuations is a plus

  • Project-management skills to drive global initiatives and work as sparring partner for executives

  • Determination, analytical, and communicative capabilities to change worldwide processes and systems

  • Affinity, curiosity, and excitement for the businesses of the Group
