- Ensure all project on site activities comply with QHSE regulations
- Manage the whole construction activities to meet deadlines, cost, quality, safety and environmental requirements
- Ensure the execution of contracts acquired with suppliers and customers
- Contract and relationship management with subcontractors, suppliers and providers
- Team coordination on site to deliver the scope of work and manage the activities and tasks during the execution readiness process
- Report internally as defined in the Governance plan.
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in Site Management, preferred in the wind industry or a similar sector
- proved in precast concrete or construction buildings
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent German and English skills (minimum B2)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills as well as conflict resolution experience
- Ability to work and communicate well in a team
