EHS Manager Governance & Management Systems Europe (f/m/d)


In this role you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency of our general principles, activities, policies and procedures for managing workplace safety, health and environment, to ensure regulatory compliance of the organization, going forward in making our plants a save place to work.

What awaits you:

  • You ensure the European EHS roadmap and strategy, as well as implementing guidance, routines with alignment between global, regional and plant roadmaps
  • You streamline Audit systems (e.g., ISO/ASI) with current EHS audits and organize PSEA and Validation audits
  • You ensure quality of data of our EHS performance measurement systems, promote digitalization, ensuring quality and timely reporting
  • You are responsible having implemented an emergency plan in the region and plants, being responsible for updates and communication
  • You drive efficiency & best practice regarding accident prevention strategies
  • You propose and implement an EHS skill matrix, supporting or conducting trainings

  • You bring a minimum of 8 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment
  • You are experienced in Management Systems, managing and leading projects, driving improvements
  • You are skilled in EHS regulations and are specialized in EHS relevant areas
  • You have strong communication skills on different levels of hierarchy
  • You are a team player with a high level of self-motivation and assertiveness
  • You bring along distinct analytical skills, system and process thinking as well as affinity for tools and data
  • You are willing to travel 40 – 50% to our plants within Europe
  • Fluent English and German language skills complete your profile
