As Golding sets its sights on growth, we are seeking a IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) to bolster our committed IT Team at our Munich location at the earliest opportunity.

  • Conduct cross-organisational analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into IT requirements in alignment with our application architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document complex business requirements, ensuring they align with strategic objectives, architecture and IT capabilities.
  • Analyse existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance business performance.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and IT, acting as a bridge to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on project goals.
  • Lead workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in the development and implementation of IT solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new solutions and improvements.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on IT systems and cross-organisational projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and architecture, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Professional level of English; at least basic knowledge of German is an advantage for effective communication.
  • Commitment to the highest standards of quality and results, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of your actions and responsibilities, demonstrating reliability and accountability in your work.
