MANAGER INTERNATIONAL CARRIERS (m/w/d)/ MANAGER INTERNATIONAL CEP - SERVICE PROVIDERS
Location: Poing by Munich, Germany
- Independently managing international Parcel Service Providers (e.g. Austrian Post, DPD-International, FanCourier etc.) to ensure the best parcel delivery and parcel return experience for our end-customers
- Analyzing the performance of your CEP Service Providers via our BI-Tools and drive continuous optimizations
- Implementing new Parcel Service Provider incl. tender management, process definition, supporting in contract negotiations and IT-integration, and owning the project management with all involved internal and external parties
- Conducting quarterly business review and weekly jour fixe meetings with your Parcel Service Providers
- Taking care of the operational management of your CEP Service Providers (e.g. creating forecasts, scheduling pickups, generating reportings etc.)
- Creating business case calculations
- Taking an active role in the regular contract negotiations with your CEP Service Providers and review and validate your Service Providers' contracts
- Driving and own projects to continuously improve our parcel shipping experience for our international B2C e-commerce business
- You have successfully completed a University degree in Business Management, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relatable education with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the field of CEP-Management, Logistics, E-Commerce or similar
- Working with numbers, a strong analytical mindset and a structured working approach is your thing
- Your work ethic contains motivation, taking ownership and resilience even in times of high workload (e.g. peak periods)
- You have a hands-on-mentality and the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Being a team-player with strong communication skills is natural for you
- Ideally you are interested in IT-systems and interfaces
- You are very familiar with the common MS Office applications (especially Excel, Outlook etc.)
