PROCUREMENT OFFICER (M/F/D)

to join our team in Frankfurt am Main.
  • Manage the procurement process within the company, including acquiring goods, services, licenses, subscriptions and resources from external suppliers
  • Evaluate and recommend suppliers, obtain offers and cost estimates
  • Negotiate contractual conditions and maintain supplier relationships
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and price lists
  • Collaborate with management to determine procurement requirements, quality, and delivery requirements
  • Provide support in planning requirements for equipment, materials, and services that need to be ordered
  • Provide support for the fulfilment of contracts and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Continuously evaluate the procurement process and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Very good organizational skills, flexibility, and operational readiness
  • High degree of self-initiative, capacity for innovation, ability to work independently and conscientiously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer and team-oriented
  • Very good knowledge of the German and English language, both spoken and written (C1 level, at least B2)
