BIOTRONK's Global Product Cybersecurity group seeks a highly motivated and skilled Product Cybersecurity Manager to drive our cloud infrastructure security initiatives. Our team is entrusted with ensuring security throughout the entire lifecycle of our medical products, from inception to market phase-out, while spanning a wide spectrum of products, from embedded environments like pacemakers to cloud-hosted backend systems. As a Product Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for all pre- and post-market cybersecurity activities for our cloud-hosted backend systems. This means you will…

* collaborate closely with our skilled development and operations teams across various departments to ensure comprehensive security of the entire system.

* dive deeply into the technology of our solutions to develop and evaluate highly robust security concepts.

* utilize advanced threat modeling techniques to proactively identify potential risks and define and oversee implementation of risk mitigation measures.

* manage security testing and reviews, including outsourcing these activities to third-party cybersecurity providers.

* provide expert consultation and support to development and operations teams for the integration of security monitoring and assist in incident handling and vulnerability management.


  • strong technical proficiency in cloud technologies (preferably MS Azure) and cloud security concepts
  • advanced capability in analyzing complex issues and proposing effective solutions
  • proficient communication skills and a cooperative mindset
  • 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, software development or risk management
  • academic degree in computer science, information security, cyber security or equivalent
  • fluent in German and English, spoken and writtenmonitoring and assist in incident handling and vulnerability management.
