We are looking for a:
AR Associate D2C (m/f/d)
- Cooperating with payment partners to set up and improve D2C payment collection processes
- Processing incoming payments
- Internal and external clarification of debit notes and underpayments
- Execution of payment notices and reminders
- Internal clarification of credit notes
- Liaison with customers regarding open positions and payments
- Contribute to the creation of reports and analyses
- Supporting adjacent teams including D2C, Tax and Accounting with issues related to Account Receivables
- Completed university degree in accounting or comparable vocational degree in commerce
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Good practical proficiency in Excel
- Ability to quickly become familiar with new IT systems
- Fluency in English required, German or Korean proficiency is an advantage
- Dynamic, thorough and precise working style with a good understanding of numbers
- Resilient and flexible with a hands-on mentality
