AROUNDTOWN Commercial Properties (ATCP) is the asset management platform for Aroundtown SA, the largest listed commercial real estate company in Germany. ATCP acts as owner representative thus managing, leasing and optimising the commercial real estate portfolio, which, in addition to typical office properties, also includes industrial, logistics and retail properties. We are a leading real estate company specializing in the commercial, residential, and hospitality markets. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Transaction Manager/Junior Transaction Manager to join our Transaction team.


  • Transaction management across Germany under supervision of a Team Lead, including sourcing, due diligence, structuring, negotiations, transaction documents, and post-closing management
  • Manage communication with other departments and third-party advisers
  • Lead data gathering and analysis, supervise data collection teams, ensure data room accuracy, and manage due diligence and Q&A processes
  • Conduct market research, financial and feasibility analysis, prepare business plans
  • Communicate with investors, build and maintain relationships with market players, generate investment leads
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports for senior management, investors, and board members, effectively communicating investment opportunities and feasibility analysis

  • Minimum of 2 years in Transactions or Asset Management within the commercial real estate industry. Exceptions can be made for career starters (Master's degree) with a focus on real estate and business administration, excellent grades, and working student or internship experience in real estate companies
  • Successfully completed studies in real estate or comparable qualifications
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both languages
  • Agile and ambitious mindset with a strong desire for professional growth. Strong learning ability, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and stress resistance
  • Proficiency in office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM programs such as Monday.com or Salesforce is a plus
