- You will support the Compliance Manager to manage the implementation and execution of TKEs Data Protection Management System
- You will be the contact person for all data protection related topics raised by the local organization
- You will accompany digitalization projects developed by the local organization under data protection perspective
- You will conduct data protection assessments, review measures and implementation steps as well as conduct assessments of current situation and data protection regulations
- You will be a member of TKEs Data Protection Community
- You will implement a sustainable privacy by design approach, analyze and evaluate data protection-relevant contracts and create regular data protection standard reports for various stakeholders
- You are responsible to maintain the Register of Processing Activities for the local organization
- You accomplished a university degree in law, business administration or comparable areas and preferably a Data Protection Certification
- You have experience in substantive legal consultation especially in regards to data protection law
- You have at least 3+ years of working experience in review of complex IT-systems and in analyzing data protection processes as well as evaluating thereof in IT systems
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft and user knowledge of further programs such as SAP
- You have high analytical skills and the will to take on responsibility
- You have experience in working with internationally geographically distributed teams
- You have excellent communication skills in English and German paired with a solution oriented approach
