  • Requirements analysis: Collaboration with stakeholders to document new process requirements.
  • Implementation: Translating new business requirements into Salesforce functions and configurations.
  • Salesforce configuration: Setting up new Salesforce objects, fields, layouts and rules.
  • Process automation: Customisation of Salesforce with tools such as Process Builder and Flow Builder.
  • Documentation: Development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and process manuals.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaising between Retail Media, IT and other teams to promote cross-functional collaboration.
  • Test management: Development and implementation of test plans to ensure process functionality.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and data protection requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a comparable field.
  • At least two years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a Salesforce certification
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Analytical mindset and problem solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and optimisation tools or methodologies is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English
