AROUNDTOWN Commercial Properties (ATCP) is the asset management platform for Aroundtown SA, the largest listed commercial real estate company in Germany. ATCP acts as owner representative thus managing, leasing and optimising the commercial real estate portfolio, which, in addition to typical office properties, also includes industrial, logistics and retail properties. In addition to our company headquarters in Berlin, Aroundtown Commercial Properties holds branch offices in Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hanover and Leipzig.   • Prepare budgets and quarterly forecasts for commercial real estate in collaboration with asset and property management teams
  • Generate detailed monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis and monitor ongoing expenses
  • Perform variance analysis to compare actual results against budgeted figures
  • Create comprehensive reports and projections for management review
  • Enhance and further develop the existing reporting system to improve accuracy and efficiency

  • Completed a degree in controlling, finance, accounting, or a related field, or possess comparable practical experience
  • Preferably have initial professional experience in controlling or finance
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of German and fluency in English
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in Excel, along with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Possess strong analytical skills, a solid under­standing of numerical data, and exceptional self-organization abilities
  • Show a high level of commitment and the capability to work effectively in a team
