WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive company information security and IT risk management program, based on the Oetker Group-wide security directive
- Manage and assist in the development in implementation of the information security policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Provide guidance and counsel to the C-Level, the senior management team, and staff about information security and its alignment with business objectives and risk management
- Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes, and work with stakeholders throughout the company on identifying acceptable levels of residual risk
- Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary
- Manage the daily operation and execution for information security, disaster recovery, and IT risk management
- Stay up to date on new technologies, security trends and threats in order to adapt security strategies accordingly
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory for this role)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT jobs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong detail orientation
- Outstanding communication abilities, capable of effectively articulating complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services
- Knowledgeable with various information security frameworks and compliance practices specific to the food and beverage industry
- Experience with Cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) security
- Professional certification in information security (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are welcome
