To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for you as an IT Business Consultant (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Keeping close contact with the departments, recognizing their technical needs and take up the requirements for development of applications
- Conceptualizing technical specifications and solution designs and support during the technical implementation
- Analytical interface between our inhouse users and our international IT software development teams
- Project management in IT-related projects
- Organizing and moderating meetings to facilitate the synchronization with IT and specialist departments
- Regular synchronization with the IT Consulting team and collaboration on cross-functional topics
- Support of the Test Manager with Release Management topics
- University degree in the field of business administration with an IT-related focus or computer science, ideally with experience in accounting and/or global logistics or comparable qualification
- Analytical experience as participant in IT projects
- Project Management experience
- Relevant experience in project management standards (PRINCE II / PMP / SCRUM) would be desirable
- Basic understanding of database queries (SQL) desirable
- Willing to take responsibility for projects and your own subject areas
- Analytical and structured mindset
- Reliable and motivated team player
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and fluent in English and German
- Enthusiasm about digitization topics and to shape the digitalization of the shipping industry
