Expert IT Solutions SAP FI/CO (m/w/d)

- Responsible worldwide for the analysis, design and implementation of standardised business processes in RKW\'s ERP systems (primarily in SAP) and coordinates these together with the specialist departments. In doing so, he applies the RKW project management process.
- Service Desk 2nd and 3rd Level Support
- Supports RKW companies as an internal customer service manager for at least one division, both nationally and internationally. He is the central contact person for the coordination of all incidents, changes, problems and service requests and the organisation of support.
- Carrying out user training and creating documentation in German and English
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, logistics, engineering or a comparable degree programme or equivalent training and further education successfully completed
- Experience in IT service management and project management
- At least 5 years of professional experience and very good knowledge of SAP FI and/or CO
- Ideally knowledge of the manufacturing industry, SAP solutions such as CO-PA and Material Ledger
- Knowledge of ABAP development (at least reading and debugging code)
- Very good knowledge of English and preferably German
- Strong analytical skills, high communication skills and service orientation, as well as initiative and high flexibility
- Willingness to travel depending on the project, approx. 20-60%
