meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

  • Responsibility for planning, development, delivery of unified communication and collaboration services as well as support in the creation of business concepts and development for collaboration services
  • Implementation of business requirements using modern hybrid working methods
  • Prepare new or changed services, manage the change process and maintain regulatory, legal standards as well as developing service improvement plans
  • Ensure utilization of existing service framework including all relevant service design information
  • Support service lifecycle management in alignment with IT strategy, IT architecture roadmaps, service lifecycle maps and continuous improvement
  • Maintaining the solution portfolio for all Unified Communication and Collaboration services in coordination with the service owner
  • Plan and manage risks from planned service changes (incl. reporting to stakeholder)
  • Plan and align IT service budget (e.g. MTP, Forecast), charging method and cost distribution with all necessary stakeholder (e.g. Technical IT Service Owners) and ensure costs are within budget
  • Assist in developing appropriate actions to anticipate, investigate and resolve service faults and issues - process and technical

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

  • University degree in computer science, information technology, business informatics or a comparable subject and several years of professional and practical experience (international) in the areas of audio & video conferencing, fixed network and mobile
  • Extensive experience in service delivery is a prerequisite
  • Knowledge of hybrid working and collaboration methods as well as knowledge of ITIL (V3 certification desirable)
  • Experience in Quality, Risk Management and Service Delivery/Transformation and with SCRUM or another agile project management method is desirable
  • Experience in project management in international projects is an advantage
  • Very good speaking skills in English, good skills in German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment
