Für unsere Gesellschaft Messko GmbH am Standort Oberursel suchen wir Sie als:
Technical Sales Specialist (m/w/d)
- You advise customers on all technical queries relating to the product range
- You carry out the technical review of quotations and orders that have been created by the internal sales department and require a complex technical configuration
- You monitor the follow-up and correspondence of technical customer orders and create customer complaints in the SAP system
- You interpret, clarify and implement customer specifications for quotations and orders and check technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness
- You will carry out the technical review of quotations and order confirmations
- You will be involved in internal and cross-departmental projects
- You have completed technical training in electrical engineering, energy technology or mechanical engineering and have a good commercial understanding
- You have several years of professional experience in technical internal sales
- You have strong customer solution skills and act in a goal-oriented and proactive manner
- You have very good knowledge of the common MS Office products and can demonstrate tried-and-tested SAP knowledge
- You are service-oriented, have very good communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- You are business fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (written and spoken)
