To strengthen our team at the location in Unterschleißheim (near Munich), we are looking for an Information Security Coordinator (m/f/d) with immediate effect. It is generally possible to fill the position part-time.


  • Secretary Information Security (in our Headquarter's Information Management Committee Secretariat)
  • As an Information Security Coordinator, you will take on a variety of tasks to increase the security of ALPS ALPINE Europe's data and information.
  • You will use your specialist knowledge to support the Information Security Officer in the management and coordination of information security processes.
  • As part of the data protection/information security team, you will have plenty of scope to implement your own ideas and concepts.
  • The position also offers individual personal and professional development opportunities in the field of information security.

You will be responsible for these activities:

  • You are a competent and communicative contact person for ALPS ALPINE Europe employees on information security issues.
  • You will support the Information Security Officer in the further development of a sustainable and consistent management system.
  • In particular, you will ensure that the information security documentation is up to date, coordinate and follow up on information security measures and risk analyses, thereby helping to increase the level of information security at ALPS ALPINE Europe.
  • You will also support the planning and implementation of awareness-raising and training measures on information security and play a committed role in organizing meetings of the information security management team.

  • Completed studies or comparable experience with a focus on information security or quality management system
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint desirable
  • Conceptual and analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • High sense of responsibility as well as interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English and German language skills. Japanese is of advantage.
