Join our team and you'll be responsible for ensuring our commercial processes are best-in-class and harmonized across a complex set of markets and products.

 Working in the Commercial Operations department, you will leverage your extensive network across sales and non-sales as well as technical teams to act as a liaison between all areas to ensure a wide array of technical commercial projects consider the need for us to have a unified approach to selling and servicing.

The role will require you to setup collaborations and points of contact across all relevant areas and on different levels of seniority to be a well-informed facilitator and communicator between technical and non-technical departments.

 You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. 

  • Act as a SPOC between sales/services teams and our technical product organization to ensure our commercial systems and processes remain on track to be highly harmonized and best-in-class
  • Identify potential to improve our systems and way-of-working by maintaining close ties to our user base and managing a community of system ambassadors
  • Build a network spanning the most relevant departments to quickly identify upcoming needs and initiatives and ensure they happen in-line with overall technical roadmaps and planning processes
  • Act as advisor and coordinator for stakeholders in the business requesting fundamental changes to our way-of-working and system processes
  • Organize information, stakeholders and smaller projects under the overarching goal of increased commercial harmonization

  • strong expertise gathered in a project management or management position at the intersection of business and product/engineering departments
  • Ability to build strong ties and trust across different departments and seniority; ability to assume a mutually accepted position as go-to-person and desirable participant in projects and commercial initiatives
  • Expertise in Sales and commercial processes and systems a must; past experience in an online-based business desirable
  • Fluent communication skills in both German and English are required
