This position offers you the chance to work on one of ZEISS' key group programs and to shape our S/4HANA greenfield business transformation to drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures that define the way how ZEISS will work for years to come. Together with our chosen implementation partner you will take responsibility to support the program's training stream and as such:

  • Work with subject matter experts and identify training needs and drive training topics, e.g., definition of training objectives and scope, training methods, and development of training curricula etc

  • Support the training implementation for company-wide roll-ins, including coordination with hub training leads

  • Contribute to optimize program related internal training standards and ensure quality of training and training materials

  • Collaborate with ZEISS learning operation team to deliver training to end users

  • Strive for process excellence and provide creative solution on training deployment to ZEISS entities world-wide In close collaboration with the end-to-end functional teams, you support the alignment of the training activities with the overall program plan


Your role as learning specialist includes guiding offshore training team to achieve the best quality of training content creation. Together with their topical expertise you will support the global training lead in steering training activities for global roll-in and fulfilling training requirements associated with our new S/4 HANA ERP system. Supporting the planning, design, and implementation of the program's training activities, you will make a significant contribution to the overall program success.

  • a university degree with focus on human resources or organizational development, pedagogy, or a comparable field of study

  • 3-5 years of experience in the areas of organizational learning, training etc., preferably with experience in IT or business transformation programs

  • ideally experience in using software for creating training materials (e.g. SAP Enable Now) – basic SAP know-how would be a plus as well

  • results-oriented, analytical and organizational skills paired with strong communications skills

  • strong German and English skills
