Employer Branding & EVP Manager (f/m/d)

in Part-time


  • Employer Branding & EVP Implementation

    • Implement and continuously refine a comprehensive employer branding and EVP concept to highlight the company's unique selling points

    • Create, execute, continuously improve and innovate target group-specific campaigns and communications

  • Strategic Candidate Attracting

    • Develop and implement strategies to attract talent and enhance the candidate experience for different target groups

    • Create and manage targeted recruitment campaigns for various talent segments

  • Employee Engagement

    • Create concepts for positive employee experience from the first contact through the first day at work

  • Social Media and Digital Marketing

    • Launch and manage innovative social media campaigns to promote our employer brand

    • Foster a community in social networks, engaging with diverse groups

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align branding strategies with company goals

    • Foster cross-functional teamwork to drive branding initiatives


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, HR or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage projects and deliver results independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Structured and flexible working style with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong focus on candidate and employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Interest in new technologies to enhance employer branding efforts.
  • Strong conceptual skills with a hands-on approach and digital affinity.
