These are your tasks
- You will manage and track tickets using our Jira system and prioritize and classify the incoming tickets
- You perform routine system maintenance, updates, deploy new releases and patches
- You conduct training sessions on system functionalities and best practices
- You develop and maintain user manuals, guides and FAQ's
- You assist in customizing and configuring Business Central to meet business needs
- You collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features
- You work together with the master data office to ensure data integrity and assist with data migration, import/export, and integration with other systems.
What you need for this position
- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV/Navision)
- You have proven experience in technical support roles
- You are proficient in system troubleshooting and problem solving
- You have experience with SQL Server and Jira
- Experience in DevOps CI/CD pipeline management is an advantage
- You are a team player and appreciate an international and multicultural environment
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good English skills round off your profile
