SAN Vet is the animal health branch of the SAN Group. For our location in Höltinghausen near Cloppenburg, we are looking for a
Validation Manager (m/f/d)
- Responsibility for the daily management of validation projects including assay monitoring and trouble shooting
- Participation in the execution of the validation testings as required
- Method transfer, method validation and training of colleagues in procedures
- Preparation and review of technical documents (e.g. SOPs, protocols, reports, CoAs, risk analyses)
- Maintenance and improvement of the GMP quality standard
- Preparation and review of quality related documents (change requests, deviation reports)
- Development of new processes
- Equipment qualifications
- Post-graduate (PhD) academic education in the bio / life sciences
- Good theoretical knowledge and understanding in biological methods, practical experience is of advantage
- Experience in writing scientific texts (in German and English), compiling risk analyses (FMEA), validation reports
- Experience in development, optimization and validation of biological and analytical methods compliant to international guidelines
- Preferably industry experience in daily business under GMP or GLP
- Self-organisation and teamwork
- Advanced English and German communication skills
