  • As a working student (m/f/d) in CRIM, your tasks mainly revolve around assisting in the ramp up of the new function of CRIM (Customer Requirements and Information Management) in the Organization, where your main task will be to assist in developing processes, governance and policies for collecting and disseminating centralized data between relevant global internal functions
  • Another task will include the operational handling of customer requirements with regard to ESG (Environment, Social, Governance), EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) and Business Continuity topics, where you will assist the coordination of ongoing customer cases
  • Furthermore, you will monitor global regulations to anticipate future customer requests and prepare presentations for senior management reflecting these findings
  • You collaborate with colleagues globally to aid in a successful ramp-up of CRIM

  • Enrolled master student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Environmental Science & Sustainability, Environmental Engineering or equivalent
  • Ideally basic knowledge of sustainability trends and challenges in ESG, EHS, EPP (Environmentally preferred Packaging) and BCP/M (Business Continuity Planning/Management)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with experience in project management, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively, ideally experience in working with global and senior management stakeholders
