  • Representing Service in strategic development projects (PEP) and supporting the market launch from a Service perspective
  • Early identification of technical problems on prototypes/pre-series turbines and their processing in interdisciplinary teams
  • Preparation and documentation of findings from the market launch
  • Participation in regular expert groups and presentation of work results
  • Developing solutions for series problems (together with development engineering)
  • Preparation and implementation of technical workshops with local service organizations
  • On- and offsite support of the local service organization as part of the market launch


  • Many years of professional experience in the wind energy industry combined with extensive technical knowledge of wind turbines
  • Experience as Master Technician, Supervisor or Commissioner (mechanical or electrical)
  • Meticulous and systematic approach to work and problem solving skills
  • Good knowledge of the English language, Spanish an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work at heights and willingness to occasionally travel internationally
