The focus of your role as (Junior) Manager Change Management & Communication is to support the change & business enablement workstream with change & communication activities. The position includes job-integrated master studies. It is part of the NextGenCRM project, which is about implementing a new CRM platform for our B2B business units and sales and service companies around the world. The project is part of the larger ZEISS Key Group Program ‘Shaping Customer Excellence' which enables the implementation of an important part of the ZEISS corporate strategy.

Your Main Tasks:

  • Develop and manage the Change Management strategy for NextGenCRM, focused on Services

  • Manage and enhance the Communication concept for NextGenCRM, primarily for Services

  • Create content such as text, images, gifs and videos to increase awareness and enablement of CRM key users and end users

  • Prepare, moderate and manage regular meetings with different target groups (key users, sales & service community…)

  • Create and coordinate end user communication activities with Sales & Service Companies (SSCs), steer with the help of regular meetings

  • Develop and create storyboards for video creation

  • Coordinate and manage the collaboration with strategy and content creation agencies

  • Develop activities that show CRM users the “What's in it for me” (WIIFM)

  • Community Management for the NextGenCRM Network (editorial plan, text, interactive activities etc.), primarily for Service

  • Support user experience and enablement for the global ZEISS Group

  • Become part of a great team that is connected by a "we-feeling" and realizes the common project vision


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, PR, Journalism, Business Administration or a comparable course of study

  • Willingness to pursue a job-integrated Master's degree

  • Initial or in-depth experience in the development and delivery of target group-specific texts

  • Passion for creating content and texts, images and videos is a plus

  • Creative and change-minded, open to develop innovative communication techniques

  • Project management skills

  • Very good MS 365 skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)

  • Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented, creative mindset

  • Excellent skills in German and English, written and verbally
