Working Student (all genders) Corporate Accounting and Expenses

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Collaboration with team members to ensure accurate recording of operating and capitalized expenses
- Perform manual booking of expenses and ensure compliance with accounting standards and BNPP policies
- Participate in the month-end closing process, including balance review, accruals, and provisions
- Execute 1st level controls, document and report control results, and follow up on resolutions of issues
- Conduct month-ended account balance substantiation and aging analysis of sensitive accounts, ensuring risk assessment and adequate provisions
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Bachelor or master student with a business or financial focus
- General knowledge of finance domain, its major process or regulatory framework
- Team ability, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Expert in MS office tools (Excel, Words, PPT, etc.) including familiarity with dealing with big data sets using pivot tables and data analysis formula's
- Fluent language skills in German and English
