To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for two Product Managers (all genders): one to join our B2B team and the other to join our IoT team. We are seeking to hire one senior and one junior/mid-career Product Manager, with flexibility regarding team assignment. Product Managers (all genders) Responsibilities Collaborate with the product team and leadership to define the vision and OKRs for your product, ensuring alignment with KPIs. Partner closely with the Engineering Manager (and designer for B2C) to identify and prioritise product opportunities. Engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and define product requirements. Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Maintain the product backlog with the Engineering Manager, ensuring the development of valuable user stories. Ensure milestone achievements are met. Work with the product team to maintain and update the product roadmap. Collaborate with the product team to improve the culture of the organisation. Requirements Experience: Senior Level: Proven experience as a Product Manager on B2B, B2B2C, or technical products. Junior Level: Experience working on digital products, potentially your first position as a PM. Depending on the position: Expertise in B2C or B2B2C environments using user-centred design. Expertise with IoT or Embedded Software. Experience with agile methodologies. Familiarity with continuous discovery practices. Comprehensive understanding of the complete product lifecycle, focusing on delivering value rather than just story points. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Demonstrated independent work ethic with a track record of initiative and successful project completion. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Leadership experience or potential, with the capability to mentor future team members. Deep understanding of product management frameworks and theories, recognising that they are not one-size-fits-all solutions. Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to make informed product decisions, including A/B testing and user behaviour analysis.
