Our Renewables Team is looking for you!

  • Design and develop battery energy storage systems (BESS) integrated with solar and wind power projects
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for BESS installations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BESS with solar PV and Wind systems
  • Perform detailed engineering analysis, including sizing, modeling, and simulation of BESS
  • Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for BESS projects
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of BESS installations, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Provide technical support during the commissioning and testing of BESS
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in BESS technology and solar engineering
  • Mentor and guide other engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar engineering and BESS design and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including system design, installation, and maintenance
  • Proficiency in BESS technologies, including lithium-ion batteries, battery management systems, and power conversion systems
  • Experience with energy management software, simulation tools, and modeling platforms
  • Familiarity with grid integration, power electronics, and control systems for renewable energy projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Project management experience is a plus
