Join our team and you'll support our stakeholders with data products, insights and dashboards, making sure that data is at the heart of every decision we make!
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and develop an existing team of 3 data analysts
- Participate actively in hands-on project work and analytical tasks
- Collaborate closely with your main stakeholders from Marketplace Management as well as other departments (Online Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Service)
- Analyse and steer job ad performance to provide candidate insights and improve customer satisfaction
- Combine job ad performance with other data sets to identify opportunities and give recommendations across multiple teams
- You hold a degree with an analytical focus (Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, etc.)
- You possess relevant professional experience in an analytical role, ideally in a digital business, consultancy or market research
- You show a high level of initiative and ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment
- You demonstrate the ability to tie data to business objectives to solve stakeholder requests and provide actionable insights
- You are proficient using programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to analyse data
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, leadership experience is a plus
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
