Expert in Epitaxy Equipment Operation & Maintenance (m/f/d)
Location: 80331, München
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of epitaxy module-related equipment, including technical assessment/selection, introduction, phase-in, hook-up, tuning, and maintenance.
- Capability Building & Team Management: Develop the capability of epitaxy module-related equipment and manage the team. Structure the team effectively and enhance competitiveness in equipment technology.
- Technology Insight & Planning: Provide insights and strategic planning for relevant manufacturing equipment. Stay aligned with industry trends to prepare for key equipment technology and build core equipment know-how.
- Equipment Improvement: Manage equipment upgrades, modifications, or substitutions to enhance efficiency, stability, and throughput. Address critical technology issues effectively.
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline within the semiconductor industry.
- Professional Experience: Over 12 years of experience in semiconductor epitaxy equipment introduction or development. Experience in SiC product introduction or production is essential.
- Mass Production Expertise: Proven success in mass production within leading factories is highly advantageous.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of silicon epitaxy, germanium epitaxy, GaAs, MOCVD, and other epitaxial equipment.
- Thermal Field Design: Familiarity with thermal field design such as resistance heating, induction heating, material system design at high temperatures, or reaction chamber design.
- Supplier & Design Knowledge: Knowledge of industry epitaxy equipment suppliers and an understanding of equipment design architecture.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to independently manage equipment transformation, improvement, and solve abnormalities in online machines and products.
- Team Training & Leadership: Capability to train new employees and lead the team to meet scheduled tasks. Experience in team development and daily technology work management is preferred.
- Work Ethic & Mindset: Hands-on mentality and an open mindset for cross-cultural working environments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional proficiency in German and/or Chinese is a plus.
- Travel Willingness: Open to international business trips or delegations.
