Join our team at ZEISS Innovation Hub Dresden and together let's shape the future of biomedicine. Located near the Carl Gustav Carus University Hospital in Dresden, we transform today's research into tomorrow's applications - together with academic partners, students, and startups.

  • Perform professional and independent tasks within the administrative processes of the Innovation Hub (ordering goods and IT services, contracts, office management, occupational safety)
  • Support project teams in administrative processes and controlling, maintain data in SAP

  • Create content for internal and external communication (website, newsletter, social media)

  • Manage rental spaces in close coordination with the facility management

  • Prepare, promote, and organize events (conferences, seminars, talent attraction, etc.)

  • Maintain relationships with the Technical University of Dresden (TU Dresden) and other partners


  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on marketing, communication, and/or event management, or equivalent qualification

  • Professional experience in a demanding assistant role, communication, or event management

  • Excellent MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is desirable

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

  • Independent and reliable way of working

  • Enthusiasm and commitment to work in a dynamic innovation department with a great team

  • Ability to work well in a team, strong organizational skills, and willingness to become the heart and soul of the hub
