Our HSSE & Sustainability team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
- Be part of Uniper's global health team and bring your expertise in corporate health management to the company
- Compliance with legal requirements in cooperation with the occupational health and safety teams
- Developing and coordinating health initiatives, campaigns and training for Uniper employees and managers, including the evaluation of health measures
- Implementation of health concepts and further development of guidelines, processes, tools, key figures
- Functional management of various committees and stakeholders
- Intensive cooperation with the works councils and the representative body for severely disabled employees
- Co-operation with external partners and suppliers
- Successfully completed studies (diploma or master's degree) in the field of health sciences, health management, sports sciences or degrees from comparable study programmes
- Relevant professional experience (at least 3 - 5 years) in corporate health management
- Project management experience
- Experience in safety management and knowledge of management systems would be an advantage
- Good team player with strong customer and service orientation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken German as well as English
