You will have several LPT companies in your portfolio, where the Managing Director of those companies will be reporting to you.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of the organization, improve the Business Unit market position and drive effectiveness
  • Build key customer relationships
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the current market conditions, explore and analyse market trends and execute and develop business within the assigned geography
  • Drive engineering excellence initiatives within the Business Unit and ensure compliance with the Division's rules and guidelines concerning project management and execution
  • Prepare, implement and monitor budgets
  • Establish and inspirationally lead to develop high performance teams
  • Be the main collaboration/matrix partner for the Regional CEO and the Country MDs in your region of responsibility, as well as collaborating with LPT´s Technology Centres
  • Drive Group strategic initiatives (e.g. Mission 26) within your BU e.g. in terms of sustainability and service.


The biggest asset for you to achieve success in this role, is an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on customer / service orientation. Collaboration is another key point to success, whether it is internally at GEA and in our Division - or it is externally towards our customers.

We also require the following:

  • A detailed understanding of P&L and balance sheet accounts and a proven track record of successful development in this regard.
  • A track record in senior leadership roles
  • Broad work and leadership experience – especially on a strategic level and in managing leaders
  • Detailed understanding of project management and project execution principles and practices
  • Strong focus on top and bottom-line growth
  • Ability to lead and develop internationally and adapt to local culture and practices
  • Proven organizational skills and change management experience.

Preferred place of work would be within the EMEA Region.
