Paper expert with prospects as mill manager wanted!

  • Participation in the organisational development of Mill Operation Consumer (MOC)
  • Management of the network of paper technologists in the WEPA Group
  • Driving technical Paper initiatives in the mills
  • Leading specific performance improvement initiatives and ensuring implementation of agreed action plans
  • Supporting individual Mill Managers, e.g. through engagement and management excellence programmes.
  • Promote a collaborative leadership approach with plant managers.
  • Implement ongoing cost reduction measures to improve plant competitiveness.

  • Personality: Ability to work in a team, flexibility, motivation, proactive mentality
  • Working: Independent, team-oriented and structured work
  • Experience and Know-how: Detailed knowledge and several years of experience in the field of paper production are essential, 5 years of professional experience as Operations Manager, the role should prepare for the next leadership step as mill Manager.
  • Qualification: Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, ideally in the field of in Papermaking
  • Languages: Fluent in English
  • Travel: location-independent, ready to travel (2-3 days / week)
