Join our dynamic team as a Junior Business Execution & Demand Planner, where you'll play a crucial role in forecasting and managing our product demand for the Swiss market. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and optimal inventory levels. As a Junior Business Execution & Demand Planner, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the end-to-end product delivery process. You'll work closely with the Business Team, Distributor, and other key stakeholders to drive consensus and ensure effective planning and execution.   • Demand Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate closely with the Business Team and Distributors to support the local demand planning and forecasting process. Prepare and generate mid-long term demand planning forecasts, including enriching and finalizing short-term horizon forecasts. Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders and update forecasts as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Support the end-to-end product delivery process with a focus on avoiding Non-Performing Inventory throughout the whole Planning, Manufacturing & Sales Process. Identify action plans to resolve overages and coordinate with Customer Service and key account managers on the appropriate course of action.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and support process and KPI improvements. Help drive consensus within the cross-functional team (Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Finance) on monthly S&OP volumes. Present these volumes and their drivers to local management.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure effective delist/new SKU execution. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to align on demand planning and inventory management strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that demand planning processes are aligned with business objectives. Conduct regular reviews and updates with stakeholders to ensure forecasts are accurate and up-to-date.

  • A University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field).
  • An advanced level of English, German being an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Demand Planning process including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Excel knowledge.
